I purchased apple trees from brighter blooms with a one-year warranty. When one of them didn’t survive the winter, they wanted almost $70 to replace it plus tax and shipping.

I bought an apple tree from Lowe’s for $34 with tax. It’s more than double the size of the plants brighter blooms sent; same variety. It has lots of leaves; it’s gorgeous.

Don’t buy from brighter blooms! They used to be great but they’re apparently under different management now. 🫤

Customer Support is not trained well enough. Friendly and results as expected. But it takes forever to get to the end of a simple call.

Had issues with an expired gift card on a return and called in. Felt like i was talking to a script, they said there was nothing they can do. So I went on the chat for help and they reissued the gift card. It was my money and don't understand why you have expirations on return gift cards. My project was delayed and thought I could just come back and use that credit on my account. Good to know. But kuddos to the chat personnel.

At first I only received half of my order and then found out the shipping site had ran out of stock. Brighterblooms reached out and sent an upgraded tree from another site. Both trees looked healthy and ready to be planted when they arrived. Thanks

We got fig tree in 2021 April. Got few fruits last year. It mentioned this plant is hardy for Georgia weather. But it could not survive second winter. So disappointed. We purchased Apple tree also. Did not get a single fruit so far. This year I don't see leaves yet. Hoping it Blom later. Please let me know if we could do anything to revive the plant or what could be the next steps.

Seems easy. Wish there was an option for a gift card since I'm sending it to my friend that recently lost her mother. Otherwise very easy!
